Delays in Article 31 Committee deliberations leave us wondering when the new deal will be in place. Once Artilce 31 gives its consent to the new Safe Harbor the European Commission will adopt the current draft adequacy decision which would allow data to be legally tranferred to the United States and other third countries located outside of the EEA.
According to a recent article from ArsTechnica, the end of the tunnel is not in sight.
